CDO Dominoes Are Falling
globaleconomicanalysis.blogspot.com
Don't Ask, Don't is failing already. State Street bank is liquidating its CDOs ahead of the crowd for whatever it can get. Even Paulson admits the SIV bailout plan is failing. However, expect the unwinding of this mess to last for years. 20 years of financial engineering and Ponzi schemes of central bank bailouts are not resolved in months.

Citigroup, Bank of America, Wachovia, JP Morgan.

These are the four that either have to be bailed out or fail.

Time will tell, but since my charts are saying we are near a Grand Super Cycle top - I have no doubt several banks will go under.
