Ahhaha, I asked a straightforward question looking for a straightforward answer.

You asked whether I thought it was too early to buy. I said it was never too early to buy good companies and that means it's not too late to buy them now either. Further, I don't know what time it is. The stock market doesn't keep time.

If you are interested in a pissing contest, I am the wrong guy. You won.

There was no contest. I think you should buy the good stuff now. I don't have any evidence otherwise.

There are numerous quantitative measures of the sentiment, some of which (eg ISE EPC, OCC "retail" (1-10 contracts) EPC, odd lot short sales, non-reportrable positions in COT, some sentiment surveys etc) reflect positioning of the guys who are always wrong at the turning points.

What is that stuff saying now?
