As a wise Italian lady once said: "Better we not say nothing." I've become very jaded in my view of government behavior. There is a game of it, and if you learn to play the game you can squeak by everything. I didn't play the game when I moved to my state and it cost me $2400 to register cars that I bought in other states before I came to it and before I was a resident. If I had played their stupid game, I would have registered the vehicles in the states where I acquired them first and it would have cost me about fifty bucks.
