Enjoy your trip!!! YOu deserve a break!

I may try to share some gall bladder diet tips here if I figure out how to live on 2.5 grams of fat per meal!!!!

I will be having the laprascopic surgery near Xmass but need to keep my diet ultra low in fat content so to avoid any pain. So far I have been painfree and intend to keep it that way.

My store trips include lots of label reading.

My meals are very boring but I am working on that.

The low fat isn't bad but the non spicy part of my diet is the hardest to follow. I grow my own spices and generally use them fresh in everything.

I'll be having a boring meal on turkey day!
