Does a 72 percent return form shorting real estate stocks two year ago seem right to you?

I'm doing nothing right now. The BOJ will be frozen on interest rates....then the hedge funds will say....let's do some more carry trades.

Have to dip some gold later for the next Fed cut. ;-)

That Etrade news AH's Friday was cool....everything is hidden, or is tried to be hidden. Just imagine the monster lurking below the surface out there.

So - you must think this bounce has gone on long enough?

Hopefully I'm not a contrarian indicator here, but I've added to HRB, NCC, LEH, and EAT shorts on their bounces today. Also started positions against VMC, MAS, and DHI in real estate.

Taking my lumps and moving hedges from QQQQ over to DDM. Seems like the best hedges here might be Dow/SPX now that the speculative stuff is getting nailed.

I got my fill on SKF, went ahead at 94 and a few pennies. Liking the entry so far...

Anyone trading RIMM the past few days?

Uncanny predictability, reading the chart.

I shorted and reshorted and reshorted the stock from 123 to 100.1 since Thursday.

I even bought Nov 100 and 105 puts at the open today, sold them for a nice profit.

The stock was on a mission.
