My kids loved this purple dinosaur crap cartoon. Barney. My oldest even had a big stuffed Barney in her bedroom. I finally lost it one summer day and said I will throw the tv in the river if you 2 are going to sit here all day long on this beautiful day watching this singing purple POS dinosaur. The went outside and we greatly limited tv time from there on. When oldest outgrew Barney and wanted him out of her room I helped out by taking the thing in the back yard and shredding it with my turkey gun and 3 1/2" magnums. It was most satisfying:)

If you watch a Spongebob through to the end, you'll note that it has a good message. Usually about friendship, trust, those sort of themes.
