Sure.
Randy is such a straight shooter, I have no problems posting my notes. Will have to do so later tonight, as I am leaving for a meeting.

Pardon the delay in posting my notes from my recent discussion w/ Randy at CKG.

In short:
All is moving very well w. current programs
Metates is in major engineering development grind at this time.
Drilling will begin in Nov/Dec 07
- Drilling will not be to add any oz's or define any new targets but will be used to provide data and core samples for tech evaluation.
-Not expecting any negatives from drilling, but did admits that if numbers did not confirm previous data, 'that would be disastrous for the project."

Looking to define 'best of Metates' this spring w/ compliant numbers to use for 43-101 cert. He believes 4.5mm oz's AU in these 'higher' grade sectors.

Real wild card for them here is zinc. Randy estimates they have at least 100mm tones of waste rock at .2% zinc.
W/ zinc credits, he feels CKG could get AU cost per oz down near $300. ( IMHO- very exciting)

Phase 2 for Metates is to define the remaining lower grade rock
Expects some challenges w/ the host rock and commented that is will not be a simple task.
He feels he has the best engineering team of any gold company on the planet- bar none.
Plans to use off the shelf technology to try make the remaining deposit economic, but admits it will be a challenge.

Should they be successful, they will have 15-20mm oz deposit.
Expects market cap to be well over 1 billion at this point.

After Nova Gold, CKG is really the only other deposit of this size in the game for majors.

Their new property, Vera Cruse (sp?) is very promising.
Will not be drilling until late 08 at earliest.
Dozens of targets in place and has only reviewed 1/3 of the land thus far.

Feels it is the best property he had ever been involved w/ in during his entire career.

Is confident CKG will have a major discovery on this property in time.

Will be burning a ton of cash over the next year. 10mm+.

Looking into possibly selling off one of their smaller properties for a significant amount of cash.

Sees no need for any dilution

Has warrants available also.

That's about it,
ZM
