Well, I listened to that same 2Q CC and sure drew different conclusions from you... From that CC, one learned of the rain problem, crusher issue, town disruption and my recollection is AGI guided they would be on target by the end of the 3Q, not for the 3Q. There is a difference. AGI was on track by end of 3Q (ie Sept 07 results). Suggest you re-listen to that 2Q CC if still available and/or read AGI 2Q press release again. My conclusion was 3Q AGI earnings would lag. Take a look at GAM. I believe GAM will make a nice turnaround by 1Q08. Will be buying GAM if and when tax loss selling gives this one another whack... GAM new management wrote off everything but the kitchen sink in 3Q. GAM has CC tomorrow morning.
