ElM, you might think paying taxes is enough. It might surprise you to learn that a lot of immigrants pay little or no tax. But they use the things they take over. Anyway, there shouldn't be income taxes, sales taxes etc. So immigrants buying a tradable citizenship would have no tax to pay [in Mqurice's Freelandistan]. Tribalism, communism, free-loading and confiscation have never been a good way to run things. That's why such places went by the wayside. Mqurice
