I know of five where the warrants became worthless - I was buried in all of them. One was an AMEX stock - Cold Springs Capital - CDS. The other four were ob stocks - TACA.ob, MSMA.ob,
KHPA.ob and OHAQ.ob.

The blank check companies are far more aware of the negative vote problem now, and are using various tactics to avoid it. HAPN extended its vote date four times until they were sure of a positive vote. Inbetween, they were purchasing shares from hedge funds that were going to vote negative. Others are stating they have relatively large sums available to purchase shares.

Four very successful SPACs (GLDD, SCDE, HLSYF and SMBL) were all bulletin board stocks. This is based on the stocks trading above cash in trust. One of the deals that did not get done was Amex (CDS).
