It takes a lot of ATM withdrawal charges to make enough in fees to cover $3 trillion in derivative losses -- under the circumstances I think all the banking customers on Earth are entitled to rise up, dust off the guillotines and execute all the stupid/crooked money managers who lost all this dough before they escape their respective countries and head for extradition-free states

Now there I go getting myself back on the No Fly list
