Just about every war ever fought has had a religious angle to it. Not going to change anytime soon either. I'd vote for calling the present war on terror what it really is, a religious war. They want to establish the worldwide Caliphate and I and every other non Muslim wishes that not to happen. They tell me it's only a small percent of their religion but with 1.2 billion Muslims around the world 10% is a rather large number of lunatics. And since the 90% of peace and freedom loving Muslims don't seem to want to weed out the 10% then we need to motivate them to do so. Only way I can think of to do that is to set out to wipe the religion from the planet. At some stage the peaceful followers of the religion of peace will become our ally and will then actively help us to root out the cancer from within and only then will this problem be laid to rest. Never going to happen however.
