Have you been following Dexter, episode by episode? If so, you will see character change as he unravels his early trauma.
While I'm against the death penalty, Dexter does balance the books as his adopted father taught him, by only killing seriel killers who have escaped the eye of the law. Of course, he enjoys his night time job. I guess, if he was a real person, he could bring these killers to justice in a legal way.
I really like Kevin Costner but he did not grab me in this movie. I'll wait for his next one.
I just thought of another movie killer who was dissociative and went to lots of 12 step programs. Ed Norton Jr. in Fight Club. Now, there was a movie of substance!!!!
