"Help me out, would you? Let me break this down for you..... "This economy" means this economy "Has got some strains" means there are some strains "Bush said in a speech" means from the lips of George W. Bush "Citing high oil prices" means oil prices are high "And the housing market" means single family, condo, mobile homes, trailer park stuff, manufactured homes, etc. "Financial markets have got uncertainty." means stock, bonds, deposits, investments, retirement plans, Reit's, mutual funds, index funds, corporate bonds, corporate funds, savings, IRA's, etc have some uncertainty.
