She could sell her existing citizenship and buy one of his. If she was moving from a high value to a low value country, they might be able to retire on the remaining money and spend their days in connubial bliss instead of working.

It's a good move to earn money in high value countries then spend it in low value countries.

If she was American, she could get maybe $2 million for her USA citizenship, then they could live like King and Queen in Brazil. A Brazil citizenship would be cheap.
