Former CITI CEO is no longer dancing, and he was the one
talking about dancing while the music was still playing this
Summer. The music stopped in credit land, his chair was
pulled. -g- The peculiar
thing is broad money supply M3, which is growing at 15-18%,
while all this credit
is collapsing and there is no Fed printing since May.
The music is playing somewhere. New credit is created.
This is a total mystery. I asked our SI credit deflation
experts, and they don't have a clue, but it ain't deflating
for sure. -g-
