You might consider it a bad argument (I don't but I'm sure you do) but its not a circular one. It isn't relying on its own conclusion as a premise, even if it has an unstated premise that you disagree with. The whole debate is circular. Always comes back to the same shit, over and over and over again. I've made the same points so many times that my fingers can now type the same arguments without intervention from my brain. You've made the same points so many times I could write your responses. Not a lot more to say just agree to disagree.
