I wish they would pass a one-time special Wealthy Whiner Tax on the wealthiest 500 people in the country that complain that taxes are too low while at the same time hiding their billions in their friends non-profit trusts

How about it. If they think they should pay more tax, they are perfectly entitled to voluntarily donate THEIR money to the IRS. The problem is, of course, that they want to donate OUR money.
