You blame the problem in ME on anyone except the real culprits. Israel and the US. I'm going to blame all of my problems on you. That was easy! Right Elroy? No, you've got to blame some pathetic sod's problems on him. If they're your own problems, you just look pathetic abdicating responsibility. But if they're someone else's problems, especially someone else without their own voice to support or disagree with you, then you're the beneficial judge and jury.
