It wasn't a very difficult idea to come up with, so I'm not surprised it has already been thought of. The fact that the Iranians have not figured it out is not so much evidence of them having very low intelligence so much as they prefer to have nucular bombs and their pipelines etc are just cover for what they really want to do. I didn't know Africa is loaded with bauxite. China could do a lot of investment in Africa to get out the bauxite too. They have a LOT of US$ they are wanting to diversify into other things.
