chapq--I wasn't even considering when MEMS displays would reach profitability, but only when they would reach the market. It seemed, from what I saw demonstrated, that some sort of outer screen cell phone display might be on the market in the next 18 to 24 months, but profitability is another question. Furthermore, it looks like a full color display is at least three years away--again in a small cell phone screen size, not in a larger size that might be used in a PDA. Art
