Mammals generally aren't as yummy as fish ROTFLMBO... All those OZ cattle will be glad to help you get the word out :O)

As to dolphins.. I think that there are simply more tuna.. hence easier to catch.. Chimps, and other apes are eaten in Africa.. more a matter of convenience I think.
