same thing happened in the 30s. guess what, we got over it. Just a cycle, relax roll another one.

Yes, drought has periodically afflicted the North American continent. Not just in the 30s. The 3 year drought in the late 80s was even worse economically.

That said, if you actually read the article, you would see that "This time it's worse." Records are being set with alarming frequency. And not just the US--the same thing is happening in many different parts of the world.
