This development seems a little off the beaten track.....25 km to the airport in a city of what less than 1 million people. Actually, it's smack dab in the heart of the city. The best part of town is probably 23 KM from the airport, so this part is the new development 2-3 KM down the road. Considering they are all islands, it's just the next island over (separated by a 30 second car ride on a bridge, less that crossing the lakes in most of Seattle). It's 99% sand at the moment, but the plans look pretty spiffy.
