Strong dollar policy of course!!

He was later quoted, babbling in the corner something like,,,"a good dollar is a green dollar, the greenback is a good dollar, a strong dollar, and we have a strong policy on that er, dollar... I get my clothes from KMart... 3 minutes to Wopner.... "

Further comic relief....

Think like a CEO of the U.S.A. as a corporation. Name the one huge ongoing expense, of the last several years for U.S.A. Inc., which could be substantially cut. The elimination of this expense would put a huge dent in debt of U.S.A. Inc. This expense is also a major political issue.

Hint: The substantial reduction of this expense would put the security of the European countries at more risk than the U.S.A.
