You got it right Rick.

The more people ae convinced that inflation is "low"and will remain that way, the freer the Fed is to inflate and debase the dollar further.

Who is good with numbers? What is the net result of 5 years of 10% actual inflation which is officially reported as 3%? Is it possible that this type of maneuver manages to cut outstanding debt in half in real terms? Is this what is happening? Thx.
