As I wrote before.....good grief!

Of course if you have no consumption, you don't have an economy. And, if you have no investment, you have nothing to consume. Why is that so hard to understand?

Look around you and make a list for me of the things that you use and consume that didn't require investment to development, produce and/or distribute.

Absolute BS.
As an example, after I got my MScEE I added a Bachelor in Economics (banking and financing).

Also I was in no way a singular such event, at least 10% of my fellow students took similar courses because they were ashamed of not understanding the difference between debit and credit.

But maybe you software gurus are a different species.
