NO doubt about it! I have given this example before. A printer sold for less than 1/3 of the price of an ink cartridge, some times less than 1/5 of the price of an ink cartridge, so a lot of Americans buy printer for the ink cartridge, throw the printer away after the ink is gone! There are plenty of this kind of example.

There are plenty of research indicates, 70-90% of e-Junks from the developed countries (not just the Americans, Europeans too) are sent to China, India and some other developing countries

BTW, I now have stopped recycle everything except aluminum cans, which will not cause much damage to Chinese workers' health.
