Meanwhile the longnshorts of the world are telling us that evolution is a hoax and Adam and Eve were the first humans born about 10,000 years ago. Science is just a pack of lies, tejek, that's what the neo-cons assure us.

Do you remember that old parable about the man lost in the desert who was dying of thirst? He sat for half a day without water and a man on a camel rode near him, stopped and asked, "Do you need some water?" The lost man said, "No. God will take care of me." Another half day went by and a caravan rode by and a woman asked him the same thing. To which he replied, "The Lord is my comfort. He is my water of life." He woke the next morning parched with thirst and slightly delirious, but he kept trekking across the desert. Another man rode by on a camel and offered him his waterskin, but again the lost man refused, claiming that God would take care of him. He died that day and when he went to Heaven, he asked God, "Why didn't you save me in the desert?" To which God replied, "I sent two men on camels and a caravan to you to give you water, and yet, you refused them all."

The moral of the story is that God gave us all brains to use. Stupid behavior isn't what he created smart humans for. Continuing to pollute our planet falls into that category of stupid behavior. Denial is quite possibly the most stupid behavior and it seems to be in vogue among Republican and Neo-con Americans.
