I did some cooking though. Check the recipe thread for the cranberry chutney that truly turned out incredible. And of course today was Roberts' special chili and cornbread for the Packer game. Good stuff. Wish you were here.

Wish I had been there. I watched a bit of that game. The Pack were looking good.

Trying to decide on what kind of brine to use for the Turkey.

I will most definitely check out the cranberry chutney recipe.

One thing I plan to do this year is stock up on fresh cranberries. Last year, as we got close to Christmas, I wanted to make Cranberry Bliss Bars (a ripoff of the Starbucks recipe).

There were no fresh cranberries to be had, and I ended up using Craisins instead. Plan to buy a few bags and foodsaverize them to preserve.
