LC, you are right, I had misread it. I am not comprehending the consequences though--so thanks for letting me talk it through.
If bad money drives out the good, then what use is there in holding the good? What am I missing? My initial question to myself was how useful good money (say silver junk coins) will be, if it is in limited supply? Is it that the scarcity ratchet ups its value, so it can be used to purchase more goods priced in the "bad" money?
