In your current state, you seem unable to follow a train of thought, or even connect the dots on a discussion that has been laid out for you. Perhaps when/if you ever sober up this will make more sense to you, maybe not.

"The question we have been pondering is not which techniques get results or whether the US is as bad as some other entity but whether the US should engage in torture or not. That question has been answered as a legal and moral issue and the answer is 'not'. As an adjunct question, we are concerned then about what torture is and what is not torture.

Your bashes and rants are way out of the loop for that discussion.

Apparently you are conceding that you were wrong and you would like to move to a new topic.

Heinous acts of torture, brutal oppression, and terrorism committed by others is a separate topic. I join you in condemning the perpetrators of all those events, but not in using them to condone your own extremism, bigotry, hatred, or your desire to see heinous acts committed by you and/or yours codified into acceptance or law.
