How wonderful Peter....I know you will have fun with the project and so will your children... Perhaps if the magazines she wrote for are still around, write to the Editor or Publisher to tell you if they still have some old copies or tear sheets from the magazines. If not, there's always the old Periodical Index at the Libraries.... And Google Books might have some info as well... And you're right about the perfume. It lingers. I finally found one, and it turns it is an old brand....by Houbigant. However, the company was sold within the last couple of years, and I almost had a fit....when I checked with Nordstrom this last week (hadn't been shopping in ages) but the perfume gal knew the brand, and said I was lucky....whoever bought the company, is keeping the perfume, same bottle, same formula....It's expensive, so they are smart....why mess with something that is timeless..... Had to laugh with your last comment....You Mom must be somewhere just chortling that you said that! <gg> Let me know how you're going with the project.....You'll enjoy it, I'm sure!
