Was he drunk? on drugs most likely? Canadians need to remove the power to enforce the death penalty away from the police and into the wimpy washy courts. Too many innocent people who are having bad days are falling into the hands of the gestapo here. Police are a very bad judge of things and are quite dangerous to be around....don't have them as friends, family or don't even talk to them on the street. They have a militaristic approach to life, similar to mall security guards in Los Angeles Real criminals such as drug pushers are getting away with real murder and if Canada would just bring in the death penalty here for drug TRAFFICKERS then it would save thousands of innocent lives in Canada and make it an essentially crime free society in comparison to the way it is now. I defer to Singapore
