The context is whether the rich are paying their "fair share" of taxes.

How do the following "nuances" make more than a minor difference?

- Income taxes are not the same as total taxes.

- 33% isn't close to 40%.

- The CBO's statistics are different than the ones the NYTimes and the WSJ used.
