"The raids prompted a September federal civil-rights lawsuit filed in Texas against both the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement by some of the workers detained."

It also prompted lines of American Citizens waiting for a chance to work legally. This debunked the myth that illegal trespassers are doing the work that Americans won't do. Of course the liberally biased media neglected to cover the story.
