I still see the two easy options: 1) Original Recipe (for the million dollar challenge), in which ole T. Boone, the reluctant Billionaire, gets to decide the winner. or, 2) New Recipe (with it's numerous, onerous and spurious preconditions designed to embarrass - they are hopin' - the challenger Kerrey) Challenge... but must go with a neutral judge or arbiter to decide the winner of the challenge. (Remember, T. Boone has already written checks totaling more then a million to the Swifties.... :-)
