plg.to and dgc.to both made all time closing highs today. a silver lining to the cloud that is my portfolio. Unfortunately kri.to is moving regularly in the opposite direction seeming dropping 10% after every purchase I make. I believe its around 50% of a bargain price however the current price seemingly reflects endless waffling by the Government of Mongolia regarding mining in general and uranium mines specifically. I have decided to put away what I have and keep my fingers crossed at this juncture. Its quite possible that the mine build out with be postponed until such time as the company has a clear understanding as to what its share of the profits will be. More than likely the company will wait until the ground rules are clear and then seek a substantial partner.
