When she made the comment about Exxon's big earnings and once she is elected she will be taking those profits away all I could think of is Chavez. She and he think more alike then anyone on the left are willing to admit.

What concerns me about Venezuela is the cozying up Hugo is doing with his buddy Mahmoud Aminidejad. If Iran gets nukes, which is appearing to be increasingly likely, we'll have the 21st century version of the Cuban Missle crisis on our hands.

Barring revolution Venezuela will be in bondage for a very long time. It is both more dangerous and more fragile because there are borders. Cuba is an island and that made resistance more difficult.
