Is this the turn of trend or a buyable dip, though ... i tend to agree with CD's response to you there - we don't know but there's a good chance it's just a retrace for now ... currency moves tend to overshoot, true enough 1.10 was already an overshot, but is that all there is? - i don't think so ... at the same time, i haven't actually done that yet, just thinking [and part of the motivation is that i have net credit in usd, net debit in loonies, and don't like paying the interest differential]

Dodge will cut, but Bernanke will cut more and faster, imho

IMHO the issue is "top" vs what? Since the "vs" is the $US, I don't think it makes much more sense to talk charts or tops any more than it did when comparing a loaf of bread to the Mark in the 20's. :)
