My Foreman is perfect for me since I'm alone. It will handle one nice rib eye or NY just perfectly. Two hamburgers will just fit. When the red light comes on I insert steak. Four minutes later, it comes out perfect. Hard to beat that for ease and good taste. I suggest you give yourself one for Christmas. They make a bigger one that will handle maybe 4 steaks? That's how I got my pressure cooker. Christmas gift, to myself, 5 or 6 years ago and I totally love that thing.

I used a new recipe the other day for pork chops.

Salt and pepper them. Then heat oven to 450.

Heat a skilit to med-high heat and cook the chops 3 minutes per side.

Put in pan that has been heated in the oven. Turn at 4 minutes and take out at 8 minutes.

Makes 'em nice and tender and juicy.

(this is for the thicker chops, bone in or out)
