meeting -g- Oil is approaching $100. Edit: Hank is definitely lacking some cash - a spike that he can't keep. That's unusual for him. Usually 1-2 SP point maintanence follows such spikes.
It means you put a floor under the price, so that it does not
fall back. He just plain ran out of cash. -g-
