The dictionary says its an obsolete variant spelling. lol, "obsolete variant" says it all. I note you are reduced to searching for spelling errors. When I'm confronted with someone who insists that concensus[sic] science is wrong because it's not unanimous, and who appears to believe scientists who are talking about fields other than their own specialty are more authoritative than than a consensus view that has been closely debated and evolved for 20 years or so, then there's nothing else to do.
