(But, aren't there also Hong Kong Dollars, and Canadian Dollars, and Australian Dollars, Trinidad and Tobago Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, Bahamas Dollars, Barbados Dollars, Bermuda Dollars, East Caribbean Dollars, Fiji Dollars, Jamaica Dollars, Singapore Dollars, Taiwan Dollars, etc.? Would seem hard to claim that no one else can use the word.... :-)
