And I find it a bit hypocritical that we were allied with the Soviets during the second world war but if you were a member of the communist party, that was somehow something evil to be condemned by an alcoholic senator. You might want to review the time line before I comment further. From what I have read of your posts, it would appear American affairs was presented to you from a very particular perspective. I guess you missed my posts outlining some of the books I read. My opinions are my own, not something that someone else thinks I should follow. You might try it sometime. See if you can come up with a position on a current event that you can support with facts instead of democrat talking points you read in a blog or an overseas editorial.
