I hope that the Army finds out exactly what happened internally, and let the world know.... 700,000 civilians???? I had NO idea there were that many in the DOD..... And you're right, it is absolutely an atrocity! Was this a Congress initiative? Or did the DoD do it themselves???? And Laura Ingraham is wonderful!!! Smart, funny, and right!

This needs a deeper look to check if final payments to KIA families have also been docked for this. They probably would not even notice. The guy who was on O'Reilly commented to Laura that they were demanding that he refund $3,000. Original demand was $5,000, but they offset accrued leave time he had. They need to look into that and restore and pay all leave time that has been forfeited.
