700,000 civilians???? I had NO idea there were that many in the DOD..... And you're right, it is absolutely an atrocity!
Was this a Congress initiative? Or did the DoD do it themselves????

This needs a deeper look to check if final payments to KIA families have also been docked for this. They probably would not even notice.

The guy who was on O'Reilly commented to Laura that they were demanding that he refund $3,000. Original demand was $5,000, but they offset accrued leave time he had. They need to look into that and restore and pay all leave time that has been forfeited.

pentagon publish a tel number for anyone who paid to get money back.. if anyone got the letter call the number it was wrong. fox covered it in an interview this morning with guest speaker from pentagon and then military kid who got the letter. he was told to forget it.
