You can say that Duh, but 2 trillion dollars of the national debt is due to money borrowed from SS and spent somewhere. Spreading the spending of the SS loan over the entire federal budget would include the Iraq war. And btw, I never said the money was earmarked for Iraq....How would you know? duh.

BTW, The General Fund (which borrows from SS) is mostly used for military spending......
and also the national debt has increased by 3.4 trillion dollars under Bush.
