I have 1 trading account left, with a very small %, holding
a lot of gold and silver in physical form outside the
financial system. I think
some brokerages and banks may die if this continues. E-trade
will die soon, citi could be next, especially if we do BK.
A lot of marginal banks and brokers are in serious risk of
bankruptcy, and FDIC, etc. may not have enough cash to protect
everyone. This has a look of OTC derivatives implosion, the
big bomb is no longer ticking. Stock
market could care less, but since it is also "maintained" with
derivatives, it is at risk now. That said, I'm sure the
firemen are already at the scene, they might just be too late
if the fire is similar to SD fire. -ggg-
