Yes Mr. Caruthers... any way you slice him... Homo Sapiens is "remarkable" creature. You can't just mark him once and declare victory. You've got to come back and "remark" him over and over until he's got no choice but to... evolve.

Which is why I suspect we'll be much better off around here when push comes to shove us into the sub 10nm evolutionary era when are F-RAMS are "remarked" as the new and improved M-Logic of the post CMOS world. :)

Assuming of course the Myans were wrong... and we live to see it... it is quite possible that ferroelectrics won't find its highest and best "domain" until the CMOS body... lies a'molderin' in the grave. <vbg>
