Idiot, they are a foreign policy group that doesn't sit in London or Washington DC, like your neocons' thinktanks do. They are out there in Afghanistan day in and day out. They were among the first folks to point out that the Taliban had a huge presence and a huge following in Northwestern Pakistan.
